Stratford-upon-Avon lies on the west bank of the River Avon in the heart of England and is steeped in culture and history preceding Roman times. The town was also home to the world’s greatest dramatist, William Shakespeare - there are several statues and memorials which reflect this and a visit to his birthplace is included. Our central hotel is the perfect place to experience a lively and bustling festive atmosphere and this superb Christmas break features an included performance at the Royal Shakespeare Company to really absorb the town’s heritage.
