We’re here, every step of the way
Our customers come back to us time and time again because they know we offer adventures with a safe surround. And that’s why we love what we do.
We’re aware the industry is currently facing difficulties including flight cancellations, however, we want to reassure you that if you’re travelling with us, we’re with you every step of the way.
From our VIP-drivers who’ll collect you from home and our tour managers who’ll accompany you while you’re away, you can rest assured even if the unexpected happens, we’re here to help. We even have duty officers who are on call 24-hours a day.
So, you can relax knowing that we’ll take care of everything.
We're pleased to announce that Titan is operating overseas departures where possible according to UK and overseas government advice and requirements.
We are currently experiencing high call volumes and kindly ask you to refrain from calling the team about an upcoming overseas holiday until you have received communication from a Titan Travel advisor.
It’s important that you and understand any entry requirements of the country you’re travelling to as you may need to complete a form or take a COVID-19 test before, or after, you travel.
To help you understand what COVID rules and entry requirements are currently in place we've created a Safe Travel page to explain what's required of all customers before, during and after your holiday.
Our Safe Travel page will be regularly updated in accordance with the latest rules and official guidance. In addition to staying up to date via this page, we also recommend you continue to check the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office’s (FCDO) travel advice for the latest information and remind yourself of any country-specific travel requirements before your departure date.
We also recommend that you stay up to date with the latest advice from the local authorities in the destination you’re travelling to and follow all local health measures in place during your stay in the destination. Simply check the FCDO travel advice page for your destination, or sign up for the FCDO’s destination specific travel advice email alerts.
All customers will receive destination specific COVID-19 and travel entry requirements prior to departure as part of your final documentation.
The safety and wellbeing of our customers is Titan’s overriding priority. Titan will not operate any tours to a destination if the UK Government (FCDO) advises against all but essential travel or if travel restrictions are imposed by an overseas government over your departure dates.
Titan continues to closely monitor the situation across all our destinations and will contact affected customers if travel to a destination is not deemed safe.
As the global situation is constantly changing, we recommend waiting until nearer your departure date before making a decision on amending or postponing your holiday.
For customers who wish to cancel a holiday that is deemed safe to travel by the FCDO, Titan’s standard cancellation policy applies.
As part of Titan’s Protection Promise, we’re pleased to confirm that should Titan cancel a scheduled tour due to UK Government’s (FCDO) advice against travelling to a destination or restrictions imposed by an overseas government, your booking and money will remain fully protected. Affected customers be able to switch to another date or tour (changes in price will be confirmed at this time) or opt for a no quibble refund which will be processed within 14 days. No credit notes, guaranteed.
A very small number of holidays may require you to pay a higher deposit or an amendment fee (for non-refundable flights, for example) – our travel advisors can let you know further details.
If you do decide to cancel and the FCDO has deemed your destination(s) to be safe to travel to, then standard booking conditions and cancellation charges will apply.

Immunisation requirements can change without notice and inoculations/precautions can be specified as a condition of entry, or just as an advisable precaution only. We will advise you of any destinations that stipulate compulsory inoculations as a condition of entry.
For other immunisations, local conditions are subject to change and we strongly suggest that you consult your GP or one of the specialist vaccination centres for more detailed and current information at your time of travel.
