First off, how far do you want to travel? We have over 160 touring itineraries all around the world, including options here on our doorstep in Europe and those in far-flung places like Asia, Australia, Africa and the USA. Some long-haul tours include overnight flights and can be up to a month long, whereas our short-haul itineraries can be as little eight days, with much shorter flight times, and are perfect for a break.

Touring is all about seeing the world and exploring destinations, and all our tours let you see and do more with your holiday time. However some are busier and faster paced than others, so it’s important you choose one that’s right for you. Our suitability and pace guide will give you a good idea of how active each tour is, what sort of excursions you can expect and the general level of fitness you’ll need to get the most out of every day. It also includes things like the sort of terrain you might be covering, and the amount of walking you’ll do. Touring doesn’t have to mean moving from one place to another every day. Our Stay and Explore holidays stay in just one or two hotels, with a range of included excursions in and around the area. They’re ideal if you want a holiday where you really get to know the destination and make the most of your time there.

Some people love the idea of finding little local restaurants or tavernas to eat out or go for a drink while they’re on holiday. Others prefer to know it’s all included, so they don’t need to budget or worry about those things while they’re away. We cater for both, with tours including all your meal and drinks, and others where you make your own arrangements some or all of the time. In the US, our customers like to choose from the vast choice of different restaurants and cuisines, so these tours include fewer meals than most. You’ve told us free time is important while you’re away - time to relax, explore independently, or take an optional excursion. That’s why we build free time into every itinerary, so you can up the pace or slow it down completely depending how you feel.
