Our lovely Cambridge Christmas break is concentrated around this beautiful city, known and respected throughout the world. Striking architecture and majestic college buildings combine with quaint passages that link the historic market place and colleges, creating a blend of old and new. During your stay in this charming location, you’ll encounter its many delights on an included walking tour, taking in historic sights and landmarks and a visit to Oliver Cromwell’s house in Ely.

Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to The Cambridge Belfry (4T). We aim for you to arrive at the hotel between 4pm and 5pm and will be greeted with tea, coffee and mince pies. There is time to settle in before dinner this evening.
Day 2 Christmas Eve - Ely
After breakfast, we depart for a drive to Ely, a city nestled in the magical Fens. We take a guided tour of Ely Cathedral - a striking building with the third longest nave in the UK and most notable for its Octagon Tower. There will be free time to make your own arrangements for lunch before we continue to Oliver Cromwell’s House, where a costumed guide will provide a fascinating tour of the home of one of the greatest military leaders of our time, notably known for assisting Parliament to win the Civil War. Full of knowledge and wisdom we head back to the hotel, where there will be time to relax before a drinks reception and dinner, with entertainment to follow. You will have the opportunity to attend Midnight Mass at a local church, with a warming drink awaiting your return.
Day 3 Christmas Day - Cambridge
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast to start off the festivities - an ideal chance to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. This morning is at leisure for you to relax at the hotel or take a walk in preparation for the feasts that await. A traditional Christmas lunch will really help get you in the Christmas spirit. Tea and coffee will be served at your table so you can soak up the jovial atmosphere before some quiet time this afternoon. A light evening buffet followed by a fun and festive evening of entertainment will finish off the day.
Day 4 Boxing Day - Cambridge
After breakfast, we drive into Cambridge and embark on a walking tour of this university city that brims with architectural and historical landmarks and colleges. Highlights may include St Bene’t’s Church, the oldest church in Cambridgeshire; The Senate House, used for degree ceremonies; the medieval Guildhall and Market Square; King’s College; or the historic Eagle pub, where Crick and Watson announced their proposal for the structure of DNA. Following the tour, the remainder of the day is free - perhaps take lunch in a café, or explore more of the city. After a day of working up an appetite, enjoy dinner followed by tea and coffee and an evening of live entertainment, to round off your memorable stay.
Day 5 Cambridge
Today we bid farewell to Cambridge. You will be collected at 10am by your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
