We’re confident you’ll enjoy every moment of your tour, but if for whatever reason you don’t, simply tell us within the first 24 hours and we’ll bring you home and refund you. 1. Book your tour
We’ve got more than 175 tours to choose from, in destinations ranging from Antarctica to Zimbabwe. Small group tours, rail journeys, Stay & Explore holidays – find your perfect tour and pack that suitcase! Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll automatically be covered by our Happiness Guarantee.
2. Ready for adventure?
Time for your tour to begin – the adventure starts at your own front door, thanks to our nationwide return shared chauffeur service. Let your driver take care of the luggage as you slide into your seat and embrace the excitement.
3. Enjoy your experience
We’re confident you’re going to have an amazing time, but if you’re unhappy once you’re in your destination, tell your tour manager within the first 24 hours. They’ll do everything they can to try and address any concerns and make sure you have a great holiday. If we really can’t help, then we’ll bring you back home and give you a full refund.
Happiness Guarantee terms and conditions
To make use of the Happiness Guarantee you must state your intention to the tour manager within the first 24 hours of arrival in your holiday destination. They’ll endeavour to resolve any issues by the end of day two, but if a solution cannot be agreed, Titan Travel will cover the costs for you to return home from the next available location and refund the price that you’ve paid.
We are unable to refund any costs you have incurred for items not purchased directly through Titan, such as overnight accommodation or third-party insurance.
This Guarantee does not affect Titan’s standard booking conditions or pre-departure cancellation policy.
