Day 1 - London Tilbury
At London Tilbury Port, embark Magellan (3T) in preparation for a late afternoon sailing.
Day 2 - Amsterdam, Netherlands
This morning we arrive in the beautiful Dutch capital, Amsterdam - adored for its easily-navigable, beautiful tree-lined canals, charming bridges, delightful old merchant houses and numerous art galleries and museums. You can choose to discover the fascinating old centre on a walking tour past the wonderful St Nicholas Church and through Dam Square, where you will find the National Memorial statue and the grand Koninklijk Palace, once home of the Dutch Royal family.
Day 3 - At sea
Enjoy a leisurely day at sea as we cruise towards Norway.
Day 4 - Eidfjord, Norway
Arrive in the small, Norwegian town of Eidfjord, a place renowned for its outdoor activities due to a collection of magnificent mountains, glaciers, waterfalls and vast hillside landscapes. Discover the land hidden between mountains and valleys; full of orchards, it is known as the Hardanger region or ‘Norway’s fruit garden’. You can visit Lekve Farm, which follows the ancient traditions of apple cider production, for a tour of the facilities and a tasting of the delicious products including juice, cider and brandy. In the afternoon we undertake scenic cruising along the Hardangerfjord.
Day 5 - Flåm
Located on the dramatic Aurlandsfjord’s inner bank is the small idyllic village of Flåm. Its grand surroundings of steep mountains, powerful waterfalls and charming valleys are breathtaking. Flåm’s unmissable railway is one of the most dramatic in Europe; join a train ride through breathtaking scenery of the Flåm Valley to Myrdal capturing the finest views of towering mountains hosting snow and ice. You can also view the extreme scenery by taking part in an exciting adventure, travelling along Aurlandsfjord on a rigid inflatable boat (RIB). Our ship later cruises along the Sognefjord.
Day 6 - Olden
This morning we arrive in Olden, a beautiful village located on the innermost arm of Nordfjord. Towering mountains on both sides give the village a spectacular appearance. A scenic coach journey takes you on to Kjenndalen for a fascinating walking tour of the majestic land and views of the awe-inspiring Kjenndalen Glacier. Continue to the Kjenndalen Lodge for delicious refreshments before a boat journey across the beautiful emerald waters of Lovatnet Lake to Sante. Alternatively, join an adventurous mountain hike from Olden along a forest path to Huaren Viewpoint. From approximately 385m above sea level, you will see unforgettable views of Olden, the surrounding mountains and stunning fjord. Nordfjord is our scenic cruising destination this evening.
Day 7 - Bergen
Bergen is Norway’s second largest city, surrounded by seven mountains. Take a panoramic coach tour to see city highlights including King Håkon’s Hall, the National Theatre, the local fish market and the characteristic wooden gabled buildings of Bryggen Wharf; and maybe board a cable car to soar from the streets of Bergen to the summit of Mount Ulriken, some 643m above sea level, where you can enjoy magnificent views over Bergen, the mountains and the islands that speckle the coastline.
Day 8 - At sea
A relaxing day spent sailing home.

Arrive at London Tilbury Port.
