Once you have received your flight e-ticket, which shows your airline reservation number (also know as a 'locator'). Your e-ticket, along with your locator, will enable you to reserve your seats.

Please note online check in for British Airways flights is currently only available for passengers booked for upgrades and holiday extensions, not for those travelling as part of the Titan group tour.

British Airways online Check-In service makes it easier for you, so you'll have less to worry about before your trip and less to do once you get to the airport.

Online Check-In is a simple process, available from 24 hours before your flight departs. You can Check-In up to nine people in your booking and your bags too. Confirm your seats using the seating plans and print your boarding pass before you leave for the airport. In just a few easy steps you'll be ready to go.

Check-in opens 30 days before the scheduled departure date of the flights and closes 2 hours before the flight’s scheduled departure.

To check in online go to Manage Bookings or Check-in online and select 'No, someone else made the booking'. You will also need your booking reference number. Alternatively, you can check in using the easyJet app.
