Havrand Restaurant

Welcome to our main restaurant. An extensive range of food is served here, everything from early breakfasts to late dinners, large meals to small temptations, hot, cold, sweet and savoury food. Havrand offers a number of set dishes in addition to food from the four different coastal regions through which we sail. This means that our menu changes during the voyage so that you can try something different for breakfast, lunch and dinner every day, all served at your table.

Havly Cafe

Havly was the house that provided food, warmth, security and shelter to fishermen and sailors. Cafes and small guest houses called Havly could be found in every harbour and served as a home from home for men who fished from small boats along the harsh coast. At Havly, we uphold this tradition of providing good, hearty fare. The cafe is open from morning to evening, serving small snacks, coffee and cake, lunch or a simple dinner. Our on-board bakery offers a selection of bread rolls, cinnamon rolls or our special Havila roll with chocolate and vanilla cream. We also serve Norwegian favourites like waffles, cream cakes and shrimp sandwiches. Freshly made pizzas and burgers have become our new traditional food and feature on the menu, together with Norwegian classics such as creamy fish soup with salmon cod and prawns.

Hildring Fine Dining

Hildring is something you may experience occasionally and on the most beautiful summer days. When warm air settles above the sea, islands and ships may appear to be floating above the water. This is also how you may feel in our fine dining restaurant. Seafood from the pure icy Norwegian waters receives the warm attention of our chefs, creating flavours that will make you feel like you're floating on air. Sometimes, you have to add that little extra to your trip. This is when Hildring Fine Dining, with its delicious, leisurely breakfasts and our special signature dinner menu, comes in. The cole, clean waters that we sail in have the best seafood in the world, and it is from here that Hildring Fine Dining sources the turbot and scallops that are served. Berries that have benefitted from long sunny days on the mountainsides along the fjords bring your meal to a sweet conclusion. At Hildring Fine Dining we offer you the best of Norwegian produce.
