At the heart of this are our frontline workers which include Tour Managers and Airport Representatives and it is the responsibility of the Field and Airport Services Manager to lead this team to deliver our strategy.
You’ll be responsible for the creation, contracting and day-to-day administration of all of our tours and other products relating to the assigned geographic area. We’ll encourage you to use your initiative to solve problems, strike up great working relationships with all areas of the business and communicate effectively, to ensure the continual smooth running of all our fantastic holidays.
To span across advertising style, imaginative headline led marketing sales messages, targeted personal (not just personalised) customer communications, product descriptive content and trade communications. This role will be responsible for creative copywriting through all of Titan's channels (off- and online).
Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, the Senior Customer Acquisition Executive is responsible for driving Titan’s customer acquisition programme through all channels, including but not limited to PPC, SEO and traditional ‘above the line’ media campaigns (print advertising, inserts etc.).
We are recruiting for a pro-active and self-motivated Quality Controller to work within our Transport Department. You will be responsible for quality across Transport Operations and will therefore investigate complaints which have been fed back through Customer Services and Customer Relations Departments, cruise reports, client questionnaires and the car service analysis report.
This is a key role within the Content team at Titan, supporting the Content Manager. Content is responsible for producing itinerary copy for brochures to the highest level of quality and accuracy, as well as maintaining a bank of up-to-date documentation for every Titan tour.
The primary responsibility within this role is to optimise the online customer journeys for the Titan products, ensuring the expansion of the on-line business through customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will need to see things through our customers eyes in order to always exceed their expectations.
We have a new exciting opportunity at Titan Travel part of the Saga Group for a pro active Facilities Executive to join our team in Redhill. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary. As our Facilities Executive your role will be to effectively manage the Facilities, Despatch and health and safety of all Titan sites (Redhill, Heathrow and Redditch) within agreed overhead budget. To be proactive and commercially aware in the day-to-day running of the departments.
