Titan's Early Bird Price Promise
When it comes to booking your Titan holiday, it’s handy to know that once a departure date is on sale, our holiday prices are more likely to go up than down - particularly as places fill up. On rare occasions we may choose to subsequently reduce the price of your holiday to below what you’ve already paid (after any discounts have been applied).
It’s a Titan principle to reward early bookers with a fair price promise, which means if you see your holiday advertised with Titan for less than you paid for it, we’ll refund the difference to you in vouchers.

You may have your heart set on seeing Japan during cherry blossom season or visiting Madeira for its colourful flower festival. Or maybe you’re looking at sailing on an Alaskan cruise and you’d like to ensure you can stay in a mid-ship cabin. By booking early, you not only have the best chance to secure the lowest price, but you’re also more likely to bag the exact departure date (and cabin) you want.
If you book a holiday and you later see it advertised with Titan for less than you paid for it, please contact us and we’ll refund any applicable difference to you as a credit voucher. These can be used towards a new Titan holiday - which you’ll need to book within two years from the date of issue.
The Titan Price Promise applies as long as the discounted holiday is the same package offered under the same terms of sale (which means the full terms that apply to your holiday contract).
In calculating any possible saving due, we’ll take into consideration all offers and discounts that were applied at the time of booking and compare the overall price that you’ve been charged with the current price.
Vouchers can be used towards new bookings made within two years from the date of issue (please note we're unable to accept them for deposit payments).
