The Canadian Rockies
Canada’s Rocky Mountains are one of the greatest spectacles in the world. Join us on our holidays to the Canadian Rockies and we’ll reveal glistening lakes, wildlife-filled forests, ancient glaciers and craggy, snow-capped mountains.
Running through the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, the Rocky Mountains are a treasured wilderness, an area that has seen 10,000-plus years of indigenous history and culture. Explore this fascinating land, home to grizzly bears, elks and caribou, and be astounded by the diversity of Banff and Jasper National Parks. Travel by coach or opt for one of our Canadian Rockies train tours, where you’ll chug through the epic landscapes on the renowned Rocky Mountaineer railway .
Our Canadian Rockies tour packages
As with all of our holidays, our Canadian Rockies tours include VIP door-to-door transfers, taking you to and from your UK airport in comfort. A knowledgeable tour manager accompanies each trip – they’ll keep everything running as it should, and are there for any extra help or advice on where to go and what to do during your free time. A number of excursions are included in the price (you’ll be able to see full details for each itinerary on the relevant tour page), plus we offer a selection of optional extras if you want to explore further.View all holidays to the Canadian Rockies

Our Canadian Rockies holidays capture the sheer scale of this ruggedly beautiful landscape: coach tours travel along spectacular mountain passes, while rail tours present unique perspectives on a remote wilderness. Rail tours of the Rockies take place aboard the historic Rocky Mountaineer - an unforgettable train journey complete with knowledgeable Hosts, fine foods, drinks and panoramic views of every dramatic landscape the train rolls through.
Coach and rail tours of the Rockies include numerous wishlist-worthy destinations, including the mountain towns of Jasper and Banff, the remote Columbia Icefield and stunning Lake Louise. No trip through the Rockies would be complete without stopping in Banff National Park. The town of Banff is a gorgeous mountain community, bursting with shops, cultural attractions and opportunities to sample delicious local cuisine.
Our tours of the Rockies range west, across the scenic provinces of Alberta and British Columbia, towards Vancouver and the Pacific coast. The cultural influences and maritime heritage of Vancouver offer countless possibilities for explorations of the city - and form a large part of our 'Canadian Rockies with Vancouver' coach tour. Vancouver is a gateway to the country's north – a number of our tours are teamed with ocean cruises heading up Canada's scenic coastline towards the rugged landscapes of Alaska.
