Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter of this prize draw is Saga Travel Group (UK) Limited 12102155 a subsidiary of Saga Travel Group Limited, 3 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG. Registered in England and Wales 13564639.

2. This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. All bookings booked directly through Titan or via a travel agent will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified within 28 days after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or phone call within 28 days of the closing date with instructions on how to claim their prize, where the booking is made via a travel agent, we will contact the travel agent. If a winner cannot be contacted or cannot accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received so please ensure your email address and telephone contact details are correct.

4. Entries received between 00:00 on 25th October 2023 to 11:59 on 26th November 2023 will be eligible for the prize draw. The prize cannot be retrospectively applied to bookings made prior to the date of your winner notification email. The prize is not transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Prize is as offered; no extensions or upgrades are available. The prize excludes Private Jet itineraries.

5. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

6. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity or other such promotional activities.

7. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they and any person travelling with them are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for their chosen holiday or cruise.

8. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the voucher giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to.

9. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the voucher prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

10. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
