How do I view flight times and airports for my bookings?Flight times and airport information are available in Manage bookings after confirmation is complete. You can access manage bookings within the trade website, here:
Where can I access my commission information?Commission information can be access during the booking once you have added the lead passenger. You will have access to Trade Agent Details Button
What are the VIP pick up times?
VIP pick up times can be accessed via manage bookings approx 2 weeks prior to departure
How do I view Visa information?
Visa information can be found in the confirmation document under the “passport and visa information” section, you can access this within the document section of manage bookings
How do I pre-book seats?

Why do I need my customer’s date of birth?
Lead passenger date of birth is required for the Airline and will appear on your customers airline tickets. You cannot progress the booking without it. The date of birth can also be updated in Manage bookings if incorrect.
What email address will documentation be sent too?
Your client’s confirmation Invoice and your remittance advice will send to the email address that was supplied during login. A copy is also sent to the registered email address (Branch email) and a copy of each is available in manage bookings
What incentives are currently running?Current incentives are available on the trade website homepage after you have logged into the site. You can also access them at any time via the trade home button
Where can I find currency information?
Your clients can find currency information in their passenger itinerary; they will receive these 10 weeks before departure
Where can I find the baggage allowance?
Baggage allowance is available on your clients confirmation invoice, this is available via manage bookings and also via the email address you used to log into the trade website
What discounts are available?
Current discounts are available on the trade website homepage after you have logged into the site. You can also access them at any time via the trade home button
Why am I not able to access a holiday booking with assistance on Manage Booking
Before your customers holiday details and documentation can be accessed in Manage Booking they will need to contact Titan to discuss assistance. Once agreed the booking will be firmed and access made available. You will still be emailed the remittance advice.
