Day 1 - Dover
Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to Dover, where our staff will greet you and assist with embarking Boudicca (3T+) in preparation for a late evening sailing.
Day 2 - At sea
As we sail towards La Coruña, you’re free to do as much (or as little) as you wish. Maybe start your day off with a brisk walk around the deck. Or opt for a yoga class. Spend the afternoon learning a craft, or perfecting your golf swing. After your choice of dinner, you can catch a show or dance into the night.
Day 3 - La Coruña, Spain
La Coruña boasts an impressive seafront promenade, beautiful beaches and a host of attractions such as the Domus Museum and the Tower of Hercules - said to be the only Roman lighthouse in existence - which offers sweeping coastal views from the top of its 60-metre high tower.
Day 4 - At sea
Today is free as we continue our cruise. Enjoy a hearty breakfast then take your pick from the variety of activities on board. Show off your general knowledge in an afternoon or evening quiz. Try your hand at bridge, bingo or deck quoits. Or indulge in a traditional afternoon tea to while away your time. Top off the day with a sumptuous dinner or a simple tasty buffet.
Day 5 - Lisbon, Portugal
Lisbon has an array of impressive bridges that connect a cinematic collection of cobbled alleyways, pastel-coloured buildings, ancient ruins and white-domed cathedrals. It boasts a collection of museums, including the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum, exhibiting ancient and modern art.
Day 6 - At sea
Spend the day on board. Maybe read a book and relax or choose to listen to a fascinating talk by a guest speaker. Enjoy lunchtime melodies or a piano recital, then walk a mile with the cruise fitness instructor.
Day 7 - Funchal, Madeira
Funchal, the capital of Portugal's Madeiran archipelago, has a timeless olde-world charm. Enhanced by a subtropical climate that fills this 'floating garden' with the year-round colours and perfumes of flowers and fruit. An exciting day awaits as we dock alongside Fred. Olsen’s whole fleet - Braemar, Balmoral and Black Watch - and experience a memorable day of celebration shared with crew and fellow guests.
Days 8-9 - At sea
Two days at sea to do as you please. Keep your brain active with the morning quiz, then perfect your dance moves in the afternoon with a beginners’ class. After dinner, you could continue the dancing theme and join the hosted dancing, or choose to watch the professionals instead.
Day 10 - Mindelo, Cape Verde
Today, we start our cruise around the Cape Verde islands, starting with Mindelo, a Portuguese colony with an interesting heritage. The coastline is awash with natural points of interest, while the man-made Fortim d'El Rei - an abandoned fort that sits on top of a hill above Mindelo port - is well worth a visit.
Day 11 - Praia
The capital of this island archipelago, Praia, offers natural beauty and rugged scenery with an abundance of unspoilt beaches for you to soak up some spring sunshine. A number of museums and the neoclassical town hall and cathedral are worth visiting as is the Achada de Santo António quarter, perfect for eating and shopping.
Days 12-13 - At sea
Two free days to make use of the ship’s great facilities.
Day 14 - Santa Cruz, Tenerife
Sophisticated Santa Cruz is built around boulevards and wide avenues that link elegant squares and parks. Away from the capital, many of Tenerife's highlights include the exotic Botanical Gardens or the mystical lava stone Pyramids of Guimar. Exploring the volcanic El Teide National Park is an unmissable experience.
Days 15-16 - At sea
Returning towards Spain, there’s plenty to keep you busy.
Day 17 - Vigo, Spain
Enjoy your final port of call in Vigo and soak up the culture of this fascinating city. The cathedral is well worth a visit, found in one of the most captivating parts of the city, Cidade Vella (old town), where narrow streets are lined with picturesque old fishing houses and vibrant markets selling local seafood.
Days 18-19 - At sea
As we sail home you may want to rest after all your sightseeing. If you’re still full of energy, there‘s lots to fill your time - from quizzes, games and music recitals to walks on deck and dance classes. And of course there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy all the tasty food options.
Day 20 Dover
Early this morning we arrive back in Dover and your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
