Day 5 - Gibraltar

Perched on Spain’s coast, yet inherently British, Gibraltar has an unusual mix of characteristics that make it rather special. Walk around the small town and you’ll spot classic British shops and red post boxes. Climb up the Rock and you’ll find beautiful St Michael’s Cave and troops of cheeky Barbary Apes. Or shelter from the sun on a tour of the Great Siege Tunnels, which stretch for miles within the Rock.

Day 6 - Casablanca, Morocco

The former French post of Casablanca still holds a southern European feel; but head to the medina and Old City and you’ll be transported to a different world. The bustling streets are great for exploring. The breathtaking Hassan II Mosque is a popular highlight, with the world’s tallest minaret at 210m, however with the ability to accommodate over 25,000 worshippers inside the temple alone, it won’t feel overcrowded.

Cádiz is one of Europe's most ancient cities, an ensemble of palm trees, lookout towers and weathered old buildings promising a plethora of authentic sights and experiences. The fascinating Old Town district features huge stone walls from the 1500s. It’s home to a wealth of historic highlights, including the beautifully crafted 18th century Cádiz Cathedral. Cádiz is also the gateway to the stunning city of Seville, with its maze of courtyards, atmosphere old quarters and ornate churches and cathedrals; and Jerez, ‘sherry capital of the world’.
