Day 1 - Southampton
Titan's VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home for your journey to Southampton. Embark Braemar (3.5-star) in preparation for a late afternoon sailing.
Day 2 - At sea
You’re free to do as much (or as little) as you wish, as we sail towards Norway. Maybe start your day off with a brisk walk around the deck. Or opt for a yoga class. Spend the afternoon learning a craft, or perfecting your golf swing. After your choice of dinner, you can catch a show or dance into the night.
Day 3 - Stavanger, Norway
Our first glimpse of Scandinavia takes us straight back to the 1700s. Despite its modern outskirts, Stavanger's sweet centre has all the wooden houses and flower-lined lanes you could wish for. In fact, 173 of Norway's best-preserved wooden houses can be found among these enchanting back streets, and they're all just lovely. Perhaps spend the afternoon soaking up the cosy atmosphere here, or enjoy the quirks of the Norwegian Petroleum Museum or the Canning Museum, housed in an old canning factory. Don't miss Stavanger's grand old Cathedral - the oldest in Norway, built in the 12th century.
Day 4 - Bergen
As we arrive in Bergen early this morning, you'll be greeted by one of Norway's most iconic sights. The colourful line up of wooden buildings known as Bryggen Wharf is irresistibly quaint - even for Norway's second largest city. Bergen is known as the gateway to the fjords and we'll have the whole day ahead to soak it up. Take some time to roam through living history in this charming city, where a host of chocolate box houses and museums await. Or perhaps take the funicular to the top of the 1,000ft Mount Fløyen, where the views of the city and glittering fjords beyond seem almost close enough to touch.
Day 5 - Olden
We arrive early in Olden, where the magnificent Nordfjord divides into three arms beneath of the glaciers of Jostedalsbreen. Here, babbling brooks run between pretty houses and flowers grow wildly in the nearby meadows. We linger in this small village for a taste of local Scandi life. In the village centre you'll spot the church, which dates back to 1759. You might like to wander through the meadows behind the town, flanked by towering cliffs and sparkling glaciers. Ship to shore tender service.
Day 6 - Eidfjord
Soaring mountains. Cascading waterfalls. Running rivers. Eidfjord is wild - but it could be the most beautiful place in the Norwegian fjords. Only accessible by water or spiral tunnel, you'll get the distinct feeling you've found somewhere very special here. We'll arrive early afternoon with the day to explore. Perhaps take a hike above the town for a breathtaking panorama of the fjord or venture out to the Iron Age Burial Site, where 350 graves date from AD 450-1000.
Day 7-8 - At sea
As we sail home you may want to rest after all your sightseeing. If you’re still full of energy, there‘s lots to fill your time - from quizzes, games and music recitals to walks on deck and dance classes. And of course there’s plenty of opportunity to enjoy all the tasty food options.
Day 9 Southampton
We disembark after breakfast, where you Titan vehicle will meet you for the journey home.
