    Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home for your flight to Athens. On arrival, we transfer to Piraeus and embark our ship with time to settle in to our luxurious surroundings on board, before we begin our cruise.

    Day 2 - Mykonos

Idyllic in every way, from the brilliant blue water in its harbour to the rows of 16th-century Venetian windmills, Mykonos is a postcard come to life!     Day 3 - Patmos

    The tiny island of Patmos is where the last book of the New Testament was allegedly written. Visit the Cave of the Apocalypse where John the Apostle stayed in AD 95 and the Monastery of Saint John the Theologian which still stands guard over Patmos town. Then, make the pilgrimage back to Skala for a picnic of local delicacies like fresh octopus and savoury cheese pie.

    Day 4 - Kusadasi (Ephesus), Turkey

    Kusadasi has many charms, but the star attraction is Ephesus. Once the second largest city in the Roman Empire, its marble-made Arcadian Street stretches from the 24,000-capacity Great Theatre (where St Paul used to preach) to the harbour. Nearby sites include the Temple of Artemis, Basilica of St John, and the House of Virgin Mary, where Mary is supposed to have spent her last days.

    Day 5 - Rhodes (Lindos), Greece

    First on your agenda should be the Rhodes waterfront where once stood the Colossus of Rhodes, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Just a short ride away, the medieval town of Lindos features houses stacked like giant sugar cubes on a steep hill. Maybe visit the acropolis at the top for spectacular views of the town and Saint Paul’s Bay.

    Day 6 - Santorini

    The capital, Fira, clings to the rim of a caldera 900 feet above the sea and you can take a cable car to the top. Or hike to nearby Oia, a quintessential Greek village. To the south is the 3,500-year-old Minoan town of Akrotiri, often called the ‘Pompeii of Greece’, the well-preserved ruins provide a glimpse into Santorini’s storied (and explosive) past.     The quaint seaside town of Katakolon has many charms, but the must-see is Olympia. Located just a 40-minute drive away, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is the location of the original Olympic Games, dating back to 776 BC. There are excellent museums to explore, like the Archaeological Museum of Olympia and the Museum of the History of the Ancient Olympic Games.

    Corfu is one of the most popular Greek Isles for good reason. Explore the cobblestoned streets of the Old Town in search of handcrafted treasures, while away the day on a sandy beach, or head out to the charming countryside.     Day 11 - Sorrento, Italy

    Looking out from Sorrento is the isle of Capri. The island is divided into two main parts, Capri and Anacapri. Capri is full of Italian luxury, with designer stores and five-star hotels lining the streets, while Anacapri is slightly more down-to-earth. Take a relaxing chair lift ride to the very top of the island, as the views are jaw-droppingly gorgeous. Ship to shore tender service.

    We disembark in Rome’s Civitavecchia and meet a local guide for a tour of Ostia Antica archaeological park, the location of the harbour city of Ancient Rome.     Today is completely at leisure to explore the town of Caserta. Reggia di Caserta is a must-see with sweeping gardens dotted with fountains and pools, plus the Royal Apartments are more than impressive. Or perhaps opt to visit nearby Sorrento - a beautiful jumble of pretty backstreets and family-run shops selling trinkets, limoncello and plenty of gelato.
