For fantastic sea views, pay a visit to the waterfront Christiansholm fortress.
Day 4 - Oslo - Cruising Oslofjord
Spend the day exploring Norway’s cool, culture-rich capital. See works by Edvard Munch at the Munchmuseet and National Gallery (home to ‘The Scream’), walk through the quirky sculpture park at Vigelandsparken, or maybe learn a little about Norway’s Viking heritage at the Viking Ship Museum.
We set sail late afternoon. Our route takes us along Oslofjord, a 100km-long fjord speckled with pretty islands and edged by fishing villages.

Day 6 - Cruising Stockholm archipelago - Stockholm, Sweden (overnight)
Our journey to Stockholm takes us through the picturesque Stockholm archipelago. We’ll glide past untouched islets with mini pine forests and rugged beaches, as well as inhabited islands dotted with wooden houses. We arrive in Stockholm late afternoon and dock here overnight.
Day 7 - Stockholm - Cruising Stockholm archipelago
Stockholm is a photogenic city, with ochre-hued buildings and steeple-topped churches sprawling across a series of islands. The 13th century Gamla Stan district is ripe for exploring, with its medieval houses, cosy cafés and cobbled streets. You’ll find the Royal Palace and Stockholm Cathedral here, too. We depart early afternoon.
Day 8 - At sea
Day 9 - Copenhagen, Denmark
Discover the delights of Copenhagen today, from the waterfront Nyhavn district (where you’ll see those famously colourful townhouses) to the grand Christiansborg and Amalienborg palaces. Langelinie, where the Little Mermaid statue perches, is also worth a visit.
Day 10 - Kiel Canal transit
Making our way back towards the UK, we’ll cruise through the Kiel Canal, one of the busiest waterways in the world. We’ll pass ships of all sizes, and enjoy serene countryside scenery as we go.
