Day 1 - London Tilbury
At London Tilbury Port, embark Magellan (3T) in preparation for an afternoon sailing.
Day 2 - Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Our first port of call is the lovely Dutch capital, Amsterdam. Full of charm and unique character; it is a wonderful place to explore, with picturesque tree-lined canals, beautiful old merchants’ mansions, pretty houses and picturesque bridges. Taking its leading seat in the European art scene, Amsterdam hosts a number of splendid galleries and museums including the renowned Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and fascinating Anne Frank House.
Day 3 - Honfleur, France
Honfleur has attracted painters and writers for many decades. Unlike many Normandy towns, it survived the destruction of World War II and therefore its history can be seen in interesting architecture. Wander the beautiful cobblestone streets and picture-postcard old harbour to discover pretty boutiques, historic buildings, art galleries, art studios and fine restaurants.
Day 4 - St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands
Disembark the ship in picturesque St Peter Port, considered one of Europe’s prettiest harbours with an array of boats arriving and departing the marina. You will also be greeted by magnificent Castle Cornet, which has guarded over the port for more than 800 years. Explore the splendid town admiring the narrow, twisting alleyways, white stone buildings and charming houses which lead the way to the waterfront. You can also relax on one of the beautiful bays overlooking the mesmerising coastline, or take advantage of the duty free shopping! Ship to shore tender service.
Day 5 - St Mary’s, Isles of Scilly
Step off in the port of St Mary’s to encounter white sand beaches and beautiful seascapes. St Mary’s is the largest of the Isles of Scilly and the friendly village here, Hugh Town, provides shops and restaurants not far from the harbour and beach. Nearby is the captivating island of Tresco, renowned for its glorious Abbey Gardens where 20,000 exotic plant species flourish in the sub-tropical climate; optional excursions can take you to this spectacular island. Day 6 - Dublin, Ireland
Arrive in the stunning capital and largest city of Ireland, Dublin, a place bursting with beautiful medieval, Georgian and modern architecture filling the streets. Visit the magnificent 13th century Dublin Castle, Christchurch Cathedral - dating back to 1028 and home to a medieval crypt, beautiful interior and grand altar - and the stunning square of St Stephen’s Green, the city’s central public park featuring pretty water fountains, lush green landscape and colourful flora.
Day 7 - Belfast, Northern Ireland
As Northern Ireland’s energetic capital, Belfast gained notoriety in the 20th century as a major role-player in the shipbuilding industry of the Industrial Revolution and was the place where the RMS Titanic ship was constructed. Visit the soaring, yellow cranes of Samson and Goliath reflecting its shipbuilding golden age and the incredible Titanic history, to look into the city’s maritime heritage. The city itself boasts cosmopolitan charm and is a wonderful place to explore.
Day 8 - Greenock, Scotland
This morning we arrive in the historic town of Greenock. Lying on the south bank of Clyde River, it established itself as a fishing community which over time has developed into the west coast of Scotland’s major port. Greenock features impressive Victorian buildings, museums and galleries and wonderful countryside scenery, all of which you can discover while our ships docks here for the day.
Day 9 - Tobermory, Isle of Mull
Tobermory, a picture-postcard fishing port since the late 18th century, is an enchanting place hosting a beautiful natural harbour filled with colourful boats, brightly-coloured houses and stunning woodland rising into the picturesque hills. Relax in the harbour, or explore a number or attractions: the Mull Museum, an exhibition showcasing the region’s history; the Tobermory Distillery, where the Tobermory Whisky is produced; or the Marine Visitor Centre, an exhibition of the area’s fascinating marine heritage. Day 10 - Portree, Isle of Skye
Today we arrive in the beautiful natural harbour of Portree, the main town of the breathtaking Isle of Skye. No matter what angle it’s perceived, Portree delivers relentless beauty throughout with its small lochs, colourful houses, calm streams and magnificent peaks of the Cuilin mountain range. There are a number of enthralling optional excursions to join including visits to grand castles, interesting crofting villages and the fascinating Sky Heritage Centre. Ship to shore tender service.
Day 11 - Kirkwall, Orkney Islands
This morning we disembark in the spectacular capital of the Orkney archipelago, Kirkwall. Rich in Viking heritage, the town is dominated by historic grey-stone buildings, flagstone streets and the outstanding St Magnus Cathedral - an impressive red and yellow sandstone structure built in 1137 by the Vikings and taking 300 years to complete. Today you can join an excursion to Orkney’s beautiful islands, where history dating back 6000 years can be discovered through the Neolithic standing stones and the impressive archaeological sites including the Skara Brae, a Neolithic stone-built settlement.
Day 12 - At sea
We enjoy a leisurely day at sea as we sail home.

Arrive at London Tilbury Port.
