Kick back in feel-good seaside resorts, glide along waterways teeming with life and explore historic cities packed with photogenic architecture. On this tour of some of Germany’s highlights we visit lovely Warnemünde, where delicious seafood and a glorious sandy beach await. We cruise along the beautiful River Elbe, passing ever-changing views. We’ll then stop in Hamburg, steeped in maritime history. We’ll finish up in in busy Bremen, where you can explore the ‘Schnoor’ quarter, where charming 15th century houses crowd together along narrow lanes.

Day 2 - At sea
Day 3 - Kiel Canal Transit, Germany
Today we voyage along the world’s busiest artificial waterway, the Kiel Canal.
Day 4 - Warnemünde
With its wide, sandy beaches, traditional pubs and fantastic restaurants serving delicious, locally caught seafood, it’s no wonder that beautiful Warnemünde attracts visitors each year. Perhaps visit the Warnemünde Church, the 19th century lighthouse, and the quaint cottages all within easy reach of the town centre.
Day 5 - Kiel Canal Transit - Cruising River Elbe
Today we cruise the Kiel Canal before reaching the River Elbe - one of the main waterways in Central Europe. This beautiful waterway winds its way through tall hills, past vast plains and alongside pretty towns and cities.
Day 6 - Hamburg
Hamburg is a vibrant, busy and cosmopolitan city packed with beautiful historic buildings and monuments. The steeple of St Nikolai, the 17th century Zollenbrücke Bridge and Hamburg Rathaus are must-visit sites. Discover an array of lively bars and restaurants at the harbour and watch Europe's second largest port in action.
Day 7 - Bremen
Today we sail into Bremen, which has beautiful examples of old Hanseatic Gothic architecture in the ‘Marktplatz’ and narrow timber buildings in the ‘Schnoor’ quarter - the oldest part of the city. St Peter’s Cathedral commands the central market square and has 1,200 years of history for you to explore.
Day 8 - At sea
Day 9 Newcastle
Early this morning we arrive back in Newcastle, where we disembark after breakfast. Upon arrival, your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
