Regularly voted one of the happiest nations on earth, Denmark is a delightfully diverse country where old-fashioned charm embraces forward-thinking design and culture. On this 10-night trip, we’ll journey from the historic to the completely futuristic. You’ll explore the perfectly preserved 13th century Aabenraa; cruise by Hamlet’s Castle in Hundested; see the cobbled streets and traditional timbered houses of Rønne; and dive into the vibrant and charming capital, Copenhagen.

Day 2 - At sea
Day 3 - Kiel Canal Transit, Germany
We spend today transiting the Kiel Canal, where almost 100km of artificial waterway leads you between the North Sea and the Baltic.
Day 4 - Aabenraa, Denmark
An early arrival allows you to head off and discover the wonderfully preserved Aabenraa. Only accessible to smaller-sized cruise ships, it is a renowned bathing resort also home to Brundlund Castle and the impressive St Nikolai Church.
Day 5 - Hundested - Cruising by Hamlet's Castle
Today, we combine quaint and picturesque as we sail into Hundested, a tiny town in eastern Denmark with a pretty harbour first built at the end of the 19th century. Located between sea and fjord, it is known for quiet beaches that are perfect to stroll. Later we set sail again and pass Kronborg Castle - world-renowned as Elsinore, the setting for Shakespeare's Hamlet and a beautifully preserved fortress.
Day 6 - Rønne
We wake up in today’s port of call, Rønne, the largest town found on Denmark’s rocky island of Bonholm. Explore the charming cobbled streets lined with half-timbered houses and interesting museums.
Day 7 - Copenhagen
We dock early for a day in Denmark’s charming capital, Copenhagen. With attractions aplenty, you can embrace the city’s arts and culture, including The Little Mermaid sculpture, Christiansborg and Amalienborg Palaces and Nyhavn, where many brightly-coloured waterfront townhouses have been converted into bars and restaurants.
Day 8 - Fredericia
We enjoy an overnight stop in Fredericia, a town founded in 1650 by Frederick III. With a blend of old and new areas of the town, each offers interesting architecture that captures its history from the impressive Prince’s Gate to a grand Foot Soldier statue.
Day 9 - Kiel Canal Transit, Germany
Today we head back along the Kiel Canal allowing you to admire the stunning scenery as we leave the Baltic Sea and head for the North Sea for our homeward journey.
Day 10 - At sea
Day 11 Southampton
We disembark after breakfast and you will be met and guided to your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
