Day 1 UK - In flight

Day 2 Cape Town, South Africa
On arrival, we transfer to the Azamara Quest® (5-star). The remainder of the day is at leisure to enjoy the luxurious ship.
Day 3 At sea
Day 4 Port Elizabeth
Port Elizabeth has lots to offer, including the distinguished Humewood Golf Club, with a history of national championships. Walk the 5km Donkin Heritage Trail to discover the story of the 4,000 British settlers who arrived here in 1820. Visit a local school to learn about the culture, straight from the children’s mouths. Take a cruise to Penguin Island to observe the planet’s largest colony of African Penguins; or escape to Addo Elephant National Park in an open-top 4WD.
Day 5 At sea
Day 6 Richards Bay
Richards Bay is the gateway to Zululand, the vast inland region famous for its mountains, savannah ecosystems, and Hluhluwe-iMfolozi Park. Take a cruise and game drive for the chance to observe the largest white rhino population on Earth, as well as Nile crocodiles, lions and hundreds of bird species. Or delve into Zulu culture at Shakaland, to learn how to make mats, pottery, beer, grass huts and a spear and shield, and watch Zulu dancers in the Chief’s hut. If you want a game of golf with fantastic views, Zimbali’s hazards are in the form of hippos and crocodiles.
Day 7 Durban
Zulu, Indian and European cultures thrive in Durban, a city surrounded by sweeping coastline, majestic mountain ranges and plunging valleys. Visit a traditional Zulu homestead in the Valley of 1,000 Hills. Take a 4WD safari through the KwaZulu-Natal hills, or search for Africa's Big Five at the Shamwari Private Game Reserve. Discover the important work of the SOS Children's Village. Or in Durban, treat yourself with a tour and high tea; a colourful journey through the Durban African Art Centre; a beer tasting tour; or a round of golf at the Durban Country Club, a regular host of the South African Open.
Day 8 East London
East London’s charming 19th century architecture opens up to the Buffalo and Nahoon Rivers, the Amatola Mountains, and the opportunity to embark on breathtaking wildlife safaris. Spend an afternoon immersed in East London's art scene, or in African tribal culture and cuisine at the authentic Khaya La Bantu Xhosa Experience. Or for a lesson on recent history, discover Stephen Bantu Biko's legacy of anti-apartheid activism on a journey to related landmarks.
Day 9 At sea
Days 10-11 Cape Town (overnight)
Stunning mountainscapes and miles of coast provide limitless outdoor adventure around Cape Town. You have two days to explore highlights including the Castle of Good Hope, Greenmarket Square and the natural wonders of Cape Peninsula. Ascend Table Mountain or take a ferry to Robben Island, a former prison and an important site for the struggle against apartheid. Embark on a culinary journey to Stellenbosch where you'll enjoy top-quality, locally produced food and wine. Take this chance to play on one of the most prestigious golf courses on the Western Cape - Pearl Valley. And maybe spend your evening enjoying the warm hospitality of South Africa's local jazz musicians in their own homes.
Day 12 Cape Town - In flight
We’ll disembark and transfer to the airport for the return flight to the UK.
Day 13 UK
Upon arrival, your Titan vehicle will be waiting for the journey home.
