What is ATOL?
ATOL, also known as Air Travel Organiser's Liscense, is a compulsory financial protection scheme administered by the Civil Aviation Authority. The protection of ATOL covers all customers who have booked a holiday with accompanying flights.

In the event our company should ever cease trading, the ATOL scheme prevents you from losing money and protects you from being stranded abroad.

What is ABTA?
ABTA is a travel association that has been designed to protect you, and ensures you benefit from fair trading terms and high standard of service. The scheme also makes sure that your accommodation is fully protected if our company ceased trading.

At Titan we take our customer feeback very seriously, however if you feel you have not been able to resolve or you feel you cannot resolve it with us directly, ABTA offers the option of unbiased and low-cost arbitration.
