A journey through northwest Spain is also a journey back in time, tracing the Camino: the most famous of pilgrimage routes - to Santiago de Compostela. For a thousand years, pious travellers have made the great cathedral of this Santiago their destination, with stops in other notable cultural and religious centres en route. This tour encompasses the UNESCO World Heritage-listed attractions of Santiago de Compostela, Oporto - the second city of Portugal and home of the world famous Port wine - and attractive historical cities Leon, Oviedo and La Coruna, where a Roman lighthouse has been guarding the Spanish coastline for 2,000 years.
We begin with Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® to London Heathrow or London Gatwick Airport and our direct scheduled TAP Air Portugal flight to Oporto during which a light meal will be provided. On arrival, we will be transferred to the Mercure Porto Centro Hotel in Oporto.
