Day 1 - Liverpool
Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to Liverpool, where our staff will greet you and assist with embarking Boudicca (3T+) in preparation for an evening sailing.
Day 2 - 3 - At sea
Relaxation is one of the great holiday pleasures and two days at sea invite you to make the most of Boudicca’s many and varied attractions. Try out several superb dining venues, take a dip in one of the three heated pools, enjoy a show in the Neptune Lounge or treat yourself to a massage in the Atlantis Spa.
Day 4 - Vigo, Spain
The beautiful Galician city of Vigo has played an important role in Spain’s maritime history for centuries. There really is something to interest every visitor here, whether you would prefer to retreat to a golden sand beach or admire the grand Neoclassical buildings of the historic quarter, but consider too a range of optional excursions which includes the iconic cathedral of Santiago de Compostela.
Day 5 - At sea
Boudicca hugs the Spanish coastline as she continues her journey south.
Day 6 - Cadiz
Our next landfall is made at one of Western Europe’s most ancient cities, Cadiz. Characterised by palm trees, mighty stone walls and attractively weathered old buildings, it is a delight to explore, but Cadiz is also the gateway to Andalucia, and optional excursions are available to glorious Seville and charming Jerez, the sherry capital of the world.
Day 7 - Christmas Eve - Casablanca, Morocco
How lovely does Christmas Eve in Casablanca sound? This most romantic-sounding city boasts the Islamic world’s only Jewish Museum and its tallest minaret, towering 210 metres over the breathtaking Hassan II Mosque. Shop for souvenirs in the winding streets and tiny shops of the Medina, and take a stroll around the elegant, Art Deco Ville Nouvelle. Alternatively, an optional excursion to Marrakech introduces the exotic jewel of the Atlas Mountains.
Day 8 - Christmas Day - At sea
Celebrate Christmas in style with your fellow passengers as Boudicca continues south to the Canary Islands.
Day 9 - Boxing Day - Arrecife, Lanzarote
Walk off any seasonal overindulgence in Arrecife, a bustling Lanzarote port overlooked by two splendid castles, or join one of a host of optional excursions into the island’s volcanic interior to appreciate the dramatic moonscapes and glorious national parks.
Day 11 - San Sebastian, La Gomera
One of the lesser known, yet most beautiful of the Canary Islands is La Gomera, known locally as ‘Isla Columbina’ for its links to Christopher Columbus, who supposedly called here en route to America. We follow in the great explorer’s wake with a stop at the capital, San Sebastian, to discover its elegant historic buildings or set off on an optional excursion to one of La Gomera’s stunningly scenic national parks.
Day 12 - Santa Cruz, Tenerife
Justly renowned as a holiday paradise, Tenerife beguiles its visitors with sweeping golden beaches, lush pineapple and banana plantations, secret gardens, inspiring scenery and the unmissable, snow-capped peak of Mount Teide, an active volcano and highest summit in Spain and its islands. A fine range of optional excursions invites you to make the most of this Atlantic idyll.
Day 13 - Santa Cruz, La Palma
The capital of La Palma, Santa Cruz, is renowned as one of the prettiest towns in the archipelago, set in a majestic coastal location and home to numerous sites of cultural interest, from grand palaces, merchant houses and churches, to sublime beaches, bars and restaurants. The lovely, diverse landscapes of La Palma are yours to experience on a selection of optional excursions.
Day 14 - New Year’s Eve - Funchal, Madeira (overnight)
The island of Madeira bewitches all year round, with its colourful parks and gardens, its eponymous wine and a most agreeable subtropical climate. The capital, Funchal, has a timeless appeal, and memorable experiences include ascending high above the city by cable car for magnificent views and the rather more sedate afternoon tea at Reid’s Hotel. A fine fireworks display in Funchal sees in the New Year.
Day 15 - New Year’s Day - At sea
We set sail from Madeira on the morning of New Year’s Day and there is plenty of time to unwind as Boudicca makes her serene way northwards back to Liverpool.
Day 16 - 18 - At sea
Day 19 Liverpool
We disembark after breakfast and you will be met and guided to your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
