Day 1 - Southampton
Titan’s VIP Home Departure Service® collects you from home, for your journey to Southampton, where our staff will greet you and assist with embarking Braemar (3T+) in preparation for a late night sailing.
Day 2 - At sea
Day 3 - Cruising Listafjorden, Fedafjorden, Flekkefjorden, Stolsfjorden, Hidra and Stransfjorden, Norway
Relax and enjoy a day of cruising. This evening, we sail amongst the rocky landscapes of southern Norway, as the wide Listafjorden guides us to the pretty beaches and dramatic cliff faces of Fedafjorden. Sailing the deep blue waters of Stoldfjorden takes us past secret bays into Flekkefjorden. We continue through the narrow channel created by Hidra, a forested island dotted with picturesque Norwegian houses.
Day 4 - Bergen
Set foot in Bergen this morning, one of Norway’s great Hanseatic ports. The colourful timbered houses of UNESCO-listed Bryggen Wharf reflect the city’s heritage. The city grew from this hub to spread within the natural constraints of the surrounding mountains. You can choose to take the funicular railway to the top of Mount Fløyen for fabulous views and fantastic hiking opportunities, or explore the wonderful city to see the Rosenkrantz Tower, built as a stately residence and defence tower at the entrance of the harbour, plus the medieval Håkon’s Hall, built by King Håkon Håkonson as a royal residence and banqueting hall and still used today for official occasions.
Day 5 - Flåm - Cruising Naerøyfjord
Amongst the utterly spectacular scenery known as Aurlandsfjord is the tiny village of Flåm. Spend your time strolling along the waterside, taking in cottages, farmland and orchards, or climb through the magnificent landscape on the Flåm Railway. This world-famous attraction climbs over 20km across mountainsides, past waterfalls and ravines, pausing at the beautiful Kjosfossen waterfall. Alternatively you may like to take this opportunity to experience the incredible sights and sounds of Naeroyfjord - a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most beautiful fjords in the world. The fjord can be explored via boat trips and kayaking tours. We depart late this afternoon to cruise Naerøyfjord, considered one of the world’s finest natural heritage sites. The dramatic views are enhanced by bounding waterfalls fuelled by the melting snow. Ship to shore tender service.
Day 6 - Cruising Hardangerfjord - Eidfjord
Our day starts with a cruise through Hardangerfjord, considered queen of the fjords with 197km of spellbinding scenery. On its banks is a cluster of wood-slat homes which form Eidfjord, where we moor for the afternoon. This tranquil village is a wonderful place to explore, and an even better base for adventure. You may wish to head for the Voringfossen waterfall, a tumbling natural beauty set deep in the mountains of Måbødalen Valley; or explore Hardangervidda National Park, home of the Hardangervidda Mountain plateau - the largest mountain plateau in Europe sits 750 metres above sea level.
Day 7 - Cruising Lysefjord, Preikestolen and Kjerag
We have an unforgettable day of cruising ahead. Sail along the stunning Lysefjord, past Kjerag Mountain and the fascinating Kjeragbolten - a large round rock intriguingly wedged in a mountain crevice, and under the incredible Pulpit Rock.
Day 8 - At sea
One last day on board as we return to Southampton.
