View of Dubrovnik, Croatia

Croatia holidays & tours

With its stunning Mediterranean coastline, speckled with more than a thousand pine-clad islands, Croatia has become one of Europe’s most popular holiday destinations. From ancient walled cities and sparking sapphire seas, to rich heritage and diverse cuisine, our Croatia tours are designed to show you the best of this beautiful country.

Explore the grand capital city of Zagreb, home to a host of excellent museums and galleries; admire the blue-green hues of Plitvice Lakes; wander the streets of the ancient city of Dubrovnik, the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’; and tour Diocletian’s Palace in Split, Croatia's second-largest city. Take to the water on a Dalmatian Coast cruise to see more of the islands – discover the olive groves and lavender fields of Hvar, the vineyards of Korcula and the serene forests of Mljet. Or perhaps combine your Croatia trip with time in neighbouring Montenegro.

More information about Croatia

Expertise coupled with choice – our collection of Croatia tours includes escorted toursDalmatian Coast cruises on small ships (perfect for getting to the lesser-visited islands) and multi-country holidays for those who’d like to see a bit more of the Balkans. You can even combine your Croatian cruise with a three-night stay on the coast. They’ve all been carefully and thoughtfully crafted, with everything from the itinerary to the hotels to the transfers taken care of.

Whatever you choose for your holiday to Croatia, you’ll enjoy Titan benefits including our VIP door-to-door transfers, and the service of one of our knowledgeable tour managers throughout the trip.

Dubrovnik

A number of our trips to Croatia include time in Dubrovnik. Visit the 15th-century Rector’s Palace, the one-time residence of the chief citizen who was elected for a month’s post, and to the Franciscan Monastery, famous for its pharmacy dating back to 1317, providing an example of how sophisticated this independent republic was in its heyday.

Split

On our tours of Croatia, you can discover Split’s historic centre, located within the walls of Diocletian’s Palace. As its name suggests, the Roman Emperor Diocletian, who was born in Dalmatia, built the Palace in the 3rd century as a villa and stronghold. Through the centuries and under various rulers, including the Byzantine, Venetians and Austro-Hungarians, a city flourished within its grounds. Both of our Croatian island cruises include tours of Split, too.

Plitvice Lakes

Travel to Croatia's scenic centre and you'll find one of the treasures of the Balkan peninsula: Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The national park consists of an extraordinary complex of sixteen emerald-green lakes and pools. Fed by the Korana River and other smaller streams, the waters flow from one lake to the next forming a spectacular display of waterfalls and cascades. The surrounding mountains and forests are also home to bears, rare birds and other wildlife. We include an excursion to Plitvice Lakes on our 'Classic Croatia' holiday.

Flight time from London to Dubrovnik is 2 hours 45 minutes.
