Day 1 - Dover
Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home, for your journey to Dover, where our staff will greet you and assist with embarking Boudicca (3T+) in preparation for a late evening sailing.
Day 2 - At sea
Relax and enjoy the facilities on board Boudicca as we sail towards Sweden. Maybe take a dip in one of the pools or settle down on the Sun Deck with a good book, and don’t forget the live music and cabaret shows.
Day 3 - Cruising Gullmarsfjorden, Saltkallefjorden, Älgöfjorden, Hakefjorden, Brattöbadan, Askerofjorden and Halsefjorden
We spend today on board, cruising through spectacular scenery. First we sail through western Sweden’s largest fjord, Gullmarsfjorden and on to Saltkallefjorden, before continuing past the beautiful bay of Älgöfjorden. Later our journey sails into the mesmerising scenery of Hakefjorden and Brattöbadan - spotting rocky cliffs, unspoilt island and stunning islets - and Askerofjorden, we complete the day in Halsefjorden.
Day 4 - Malmö, Sweden
Today we arrive in Sweden’s most multicultural metropolis, Malmö, also one of Scandinavia’s largest cities. This magnificently diverse city has numerous districts with inhabitants from 150 different nations. Pleasantly explore the cosmopolitan streets of the modern districts, marvelling at the stunning contemporary architecture and attractions, such as the Västra Hamnen - a stylish harbour district decorated with contemporary buildings, beautiful parks, upmarket bars and restaurants and the soaring Turning Torso, Scandinavia’s tallest building. Malmö isn’t all modern, there is incredible history to discover, in particular the old town district of Gamla Staden, with historic squares, pretty streets and grand Gothic and Renaissance-style architecture, such as the 14th century Petro Church and elegant 16th century Governor’s Residence.
Day 5 - Visby
Named the ‘city of roses and ruins’, Visby is a place of true beauty and enticing history. The UNESCO-listed town’s medieval past is evident through its historic structures and monuments and the treasured medieval city wall is not only one of the strongest but is the best preserved in Scandinavia. Wonderful sights to see include the 12th century Gunpowder Tower, the Burmeister House - the town’s oldest merchant house - and the 17 medieval churches.
Day 6 - Stockholm (overnight)
Spread over 14 stunning islands, linked by 57 elegant bridges, Stockholm is undeniably stylish. As Sweden’s capital, the city is a spacious place of enchanted waterways and charming canals which pave the way to the historic buildings and museums depicting the city’s unique past having been founded over 700 years ago. Highlights include the Skansen open air museum, the ABBA museum and the breathtaking Royal Palace.
Day 7 - Stockholm - Cruising Stockholm Archipelago
This morning we depart from Stockholm and begin our day of scenic cruising of the Stockholm Archipelago, offering views of 30,000 beautiful islands and islets, ancient villages, untouched woodland, rugged cliffs and glorious sandy beaches.
Day 8 - At sea
Day 9 - Gothenburg
Gothenburg is a vibrant Swedish city praised for being one of Europe’s most friendly. Located along the sunshine-filled west coast, this lively hub is a wonderful place to discover with its magnificent 17th century Dutch-style canals, charismatic boutiques and splendid museums and galleries. Visit the famous Botanical Gardens, an exquisite garden stretching over an area of 175 hectares, home to an outstanding array of 12,000 different plant species - wander this enchanted landscape infused with beautiful colours and delightful floral scents.
Day 10 - At sea
We spend a day relaxing on board as we sail home.
Day 11 Dover
We disembark after breakfast and you will be met and guided to your Titan vehicle, for the journey home.
